Danly, I was one of the receipients of these mini cakes, and all I can say is WOW!! When I opened it, I was impressed by how beautiful it was, but when I tasted it, I was stunned. DELICIOUS!! The flavor is incredible. I immediately called my piano student and I asked, "If you made this, can you teach me how? If you bought this, will you tell me where?" That's when they gave me your business card. CONGRATULATIONS on such a wonderful product. The texture of the cake itself was medium crumbed, and moist without being soggy like a lot of cakes from Hispanic bakeries are. I like to bake too, but I've never made a cake with such incredible flavor. God has definitely given you a gift, and I can see that you are giving Him the glory for all you do. Keep up the good work! I will be contacting you soon with orders for more of your yummy cake. =)
